Well it's now 21.28pm and I've been trying to send this blog now for ages but apparently it wouldn't let me cos of some silly technical fault!!!! Anyways I was wondering what to do with my time and suddenly a thought came into my head and I decided to come on the net and write a blog message especially for Stephen McCann! Mr McCann I do hope you feel privileged, especially since you told me to make sure and write a message on my blog over the weekend! How good a girl am I, doing it on Friday night????Anyways Stephen and I had a wee exciting day today : - 9.17am we met in Edgehill Library (was supposed to be 9.15 but Stephen was late, as usual!!!)
- 9.46am we made our way up the stairs to have tea and coffee with the people who had come for the prayer thingy!
- 10am we made our way down to the chapel in Edgehill (incase you got the wrong idea) for devotions
- 11am I challenged Stephen to a game of table tennis, and very successfully moved 2 places up our table tennis league in Edgehill!!! Go me....
- 11.30am we went back down to the chapel for another reflection
- 12.30pm tummies rumbled so we made our way to DYCW for our lunch
- 13.04pm we got stuck in the lunch queue between David Turtle and Karen Spence, and most notably Karen ate all the Haribo sweets that were on offer for everyone!!!
- 13.30pm we prayed some more and then the 24/7 Prayer Room in DYCW was officially opened by the President
However, not only did we have a wee exciting day, we also earned ourselves a very respectful title - we were in fact the Methodist Church in Ireland's Bodyguards, cos of our matching AS Hoodies!!! Aint that exciting?
Now I don't think anyone else could have had as cool a day as Stephen and me???
